BIM - BUILDING INFORMATION MODELLING is used to create digital represenation of complete building project.

It forms a cordination between, Civil, Mechanial and Electrical systems in a project. In conventional building design lacked effective cordination between these three systems. To address this disadvantage the concept of BIM was introduced in the industry.
